After a busy week at
work, late nights spent tackling my
presidential duties for Chi Omega, and a mid-week trip down to Pennsylvania for
Musikfest, I'm forcing myself to put my feet up and relax tonight. Especially since I have a 9-mile marathon training run on the schedule tomorrow. So, it's the perfect time for me to write another

I'm not normally a pancake person. When it comes to breakfast (or
brunch), give me bacon and eggs or something else on the savory side of life. Pass the pancakes over to my boyfriend -- he'll eat 'em. With that said, there
are mornings when I wake up craving a stack of fluffy pancakes that have been drizzled with lusciously sweet maple syrup. But pancakes for one? I know what you're going to tell me.
