Stay Hydrated with Hydro Flask {and a Giveaway}

We've heard it at least a thousand times before -- one of the best things you can do for your body is to drink plenty of water. Not only does water help keep the internal systems of your body in balance, but it also does wonders for your skin, keeping it moisturized and leaving you looking fresh and youthful. Now, with their line of stainless steel insulated water bottles from Hydro Flask, staying hydrated and taking care of your body has never been so fashionable!

I can't explain why, but I've found that I'm way better about drinking water throughout the day when I carry a water bottle around with me. We're somewhat active people, so Stephen and I have a shelf in one of our kitchen cabinets dedicated to our embarrassingly-large water bottle collection. But I can't remember the last time I used a bottle other than my Hydro Flask, generously sent to me a few months ago by the company.

All of Hydro Flask's water bottles are 100% BPA-free, so you don't have to worry about the chance of toxic chemicals leaking into your beverages. Plus, the double-wall vacuum-insulated design makes for a very controlled internal environment. The temperature of the liquid you pour into your bottle will stay consistent for hours and hours, meaning your icy cold water (which is the way I like it) won't cause the bottle to "sweat" and your scalding hot coffee won't make the bottle too hot to handle without a protective sleeve. Hot contents will stay hot for 12 hours and cold contents will stay cold for 24 hours.

Kind of brilliant, actually.

Another feature I love? The 1.81-inch mouth. It makes filling (and refilling!) the bottle so much easier.

But... maybe the whole filling-a-water-bottle-without-getting-water-all-over-the-counter-and-possibly-the-floor thing is just something that I have a problem with. *blush*
