I can't explain why, but I've found that I'm way better about drinking water throughout the day when I carry a water bottle around with me. We're somewhat active people, so Stephen and I have a shelf in one of our kitchen cabinets dedicated to our embarrassingly-large water bottle collection. But I can't remember the last time I used a bottle other than my
Hydro Flask, generously sent to me a few months ago by the company.

Hot contents will stay hot for 12 hours and cold contents will stay cold for 24 hours.

Another feature I love? The
