In an attempt to make my life a little easier, I'm planning all of our dinners for March at once.

I don't know about you guys, but I'm feeling pretty grateful for the extra day this month.
In between
multiple visits to the pediatrician's office,
runs to the library for more books for
our budding bookworm, and
Sunday selfies, I've been spending practically every spare minute working. It's been an exhausting existence, so I'm looking forward to using the Leap Day to sit back and breathe a bit.
Especially since March is shaping up to be just as busy.
It's times like these that I'm
so happy I made the switch from weekly menu plans to monthly ones.
