Wow, do I miss you guys.
When I shared the news that I'd be
going back to work, I didn't think that adjusting to our "new normal" would be so tough. I thought I'd be able to balance everything -- working, parenting, socializing, blogging... But I was so, so wrong.
Working?
Yes.
Parenting?
Hanging in there.
Socializing and blogging?
Still haven't figured out how to fit those things in without running myself ragged.
But I'm getting there. And this blog post is evidence of that.
Last month's menu plan wound up saving us during my initial transition to the life of a working mom. So it just made sense to keep up with planning our dinners a month at a time.
