Sharing our Menu Plan for March 19 - March 25.
Last Sunday, I pointed out that I hadn't written about anything but our
menu plans for the past three weeks. Facing that fact did something to me. It motivated me to share a new
soup recipe. And, because I'm
definitely in the middle of the
baking stage of my pregnancy, it also inspired me to get back into our kitchen to create something that wasn't out of necessity (see
here and
here).
You'd think pushing myself like that would have exhausted me, but it did the exact opposite. It exhilarated me! I even took the time to take photos of the things I baked so I can share those recipes with you down the road... You know, eventually... ;-)
For now, though, let's concentrate on our menu plan. Here's what's on deck for dinner at our house this week!
