Menu Plan: July 16 - July 22 {and a Baby Update}
Looking for dinner inspiration? Here's what I've planned for dinner at our house this week!
Yesterday was a very big day for our family. Not only did Caroline finally get to meet her little brother, but we also got to bring him home! This milestone was a long time coming after visiting the NICU every day for the past two weeks... and our hearts couldn't hold any more love than they did yesterday afternoon.
(Okay, I know that's not true. Something else is bound to happen that will flood our lives with love. But, for now, this the moment to beat!)
Once we got home, Stephen and I jumped right into the deep end. We got our first taste of life as parents with a toddler and a newborn in the house. One of us will likely have to run out for more coffee before naptime is over... Otherwise, we may not make it until morning. ;-)
While we spend time getting used to the new normal, go ahead and check out our menu plan for the week. Keep your fingers crossed that I'll be able to stick to it!
