Menu Plan: August 27 - September 2
Looking for dinner inspiration? Here's what I've planned for dinner at our house this week!
I've given this a lot of thought, and this will be the final weekly menu post on Taste As You Go. With me going back to work after Labor Day, I decided it was going to take too much energy to plan our dinners every week. It's hard enough now and I'm home all day!
Instead, I'm returning to the monthly menu plans. That way I only have to answer the "What's for dinner?" question once a month rather than once a week. This lets me take better advantage of sales and specials at the grocery store. Plus, I can use some of the rare pockets of free time to do some meal prep, fold laundry, or, God forbid, grab a power nap.
I have no idea what life is going to be like once I back at work. I'm trying to find ways to get ahead of it a little bit, so it'll feel less like a Mack truck has run me over. So, keep reading to see what's on deck for dinner at our house this week... and then come back on Friday to see what I've planned for September!
