I'm exhausted.

Yet it's after midnight and I'm still awake. After running errands and rearranging our house in preparation for Caroline's birthday party, you'd think I'd be sound asleep like the rest of the family. But, for some reason, I can't shut down my brain.

No... That's not true. I know the reason. There's so much more to do before we open our house to family and friends next weekend. That pre-party to-do list has me feeling mighty overwhelmed... and when I'm feeling overwhelmed, I can't sleep.

I tackled some paperwork. Watched reruns of Fixer Upper (because I recently finished reading this). Pared down the emails in my inbox... Then I realized I should've been working on this blog post rather than staring at the television.

So... without further ado, here's what I've planned for dinner at our house this week.

A Week of Dinners: March 3 - March 9

Sunday: Chili Lime Bites with Roasted Turmeric Honey Parsnips and Rice

MondayBalsamic Roasted Mushrooms with Herby Kale Mashed Potatoes

Tuesday: Shrove Tuesday Pancake Supper at Church

Wednesday: Stephen's Choice

Saturday: Happy 4th Birthday, Caroline! | Spaghetti Supper at Church

How about you?
