Looking for dinner inspiration? Here's what I've planned for dinner at our house this week!
It's taken a few days, but I'm finally feeling like I'm on the mend. That cold I caught toward the end of last week took its toll, and I had to use every ounce of strength within me to operate, maybe, at 40%.
As it's
Easter, and we'll be spending part of the day with my family, I'm grateful to be feeling better. If you're celebrating today, I hope you enjoy the day and are able to make some beautiful memories with your loved ones!
Before I get swept away by the day,
here's what I've planned for dinner at our house this week.
A Week of Dinners: April 21 - April 27
Sunday: Easter Dinner at Dad's
Monday:
Crispy Cheese and Mushroom Quesadillas with Salsa
Tuesday:
Penne Pasta with Meat Sauce
Wednesday: Stephen's Choice
Thursday: Chopped Turkey and Gravy over Mashed Potatoes with Corn
Friday:
Pizza with Roasted Eggplant, Grape Tomatoes, Garlic, and Fresh Mozzarella
Saturday: Date Night!!
