What's for Dinner: April 7 - April 13

I've been looking forward to today for a long time. After church, we headed to the flea market with some friends for the first day of their season. While we didn't buy anything, I did have an epic sandwich for lunch... so I was happy.

Needless to say, all that time in the sunshine and fresh air tired the kids out. And, I must admit, I'm a little worn out, too. There was so much to look at and a lot of internal debate happening in my head that I'm feeling pretty fatigued. In the end, I'm relieved we didn't bring anything home... Because I'm still trying to figure out how to tackle decorating each space.

Before I head into the kitchen to start cooking, here's what I've planned for dinner at our house this week.

A Week of Dinners: April 7 - April 13

Sunday: PF Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Monday: Instant Pot Minestrone Soup and Baguette Slices

Tuesday: Stephen's Choice

Wednesday: Taco Night

Thursday: Leftovers

Friday: Frozen Pizza

Saturday: Roasted Pork Tenderloin, Roasted Potatoes, and Applesauce
