What's for Dinner: March 28 - April 3

I want to thank you all for the support you've shown me after I shared my last post. After I hit "publish" on that post, I felt an enormous weight lift off my shoulders and I've felt freer every since.
To make the most of my renewed energy, I spent a lot of time outside yesterday... tending to the garden and paying attention to the awakening world around us.
The time outside in the sunshine helped rekindle some of my motivation to write. The desire to continue creating new content is coming back... and I've started thinking about the kinds of posts I'd like to share in the coming weeks and months. In the meantime, I've updated some posts from the archives -- like this one and this one -- and I feel much better about them.
The updated graphics actually hint at some of the bigger changes I want to make to the blog. Does anyone know what those changes might be? Drop some guesses in the comments! 👇🏽
While you try to guess, I'm going to head into the kitchen to finish making dinner. But before I do that, here's our menu plan for March 28 - April 3. Keep reading to see what's on deck for dinner at our house this week!
A Week of Dinners: March 28 - April 3
- Sunday: Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
It took me a full five minutes to find the dried basil I needed. I think it's finally time for me to focus on organizing the spices in our pantry. - Monday: Fish Sticks, Steak Fries, and Peas
Yep... Keeping it super simple for the last night of our daughter's Spring Break. She's back to school on Tuesday! 🙌🏽
Well, she'll be doing remote learning this week... then back to school next week. But still... 😉 - Tuesday: Ground Turkey Tacos with Homemade Taco Seasoning
- Wednesday: Leftovers
