It's been a couple of years since I last shared a Mother's Day gift guide (here). It was still early in our lockdown period, so sharing a gift guide didn't feel right last year.
Besides, I was much more focused on my birthday and finishing my 40 Before 40 list before I ran out of time.
To be honest, I wasn't sure I wanted to write a Mother's Day gift guide this year. But then I thought about everything we've been through as a society... And I realized that moms do deserve a little extra love and attention this Mother's Day.
I'm guessing my kids will pour their little hearts into something handmade for me. But, if any of the items I've included on my Mother's Day gift guide this year show up alongside those handmade gifts... I wouldn't be mad about it! 😉

You know how some most women get really excited when they discover their new favorite dress has pockets? That's how I feel about this apron.
I'm always tucking things into apron pockets while I'm cooking, so this apron is very intriguing to me. Plus... the color is so pretty!
Did anyone else grow up in a house that had silhouette art hanging on the wall? 🙋♀️ I love the idea of doing this with my kids' silhouettes... especially now since they're still young.
While I already have a robe, I've been meaning to buy a new one for a long time. My current robe is gray with blue and white stars on it... and, frankly, it's not quite my style. So a classic white robe like this one would be a definite upgrade!
If you follow me on Instagram, then you know all about my new obsession with Dudley Stephens. (See here and here.) Well, this turtleneck just dropped recently and I can't get enough of this periwinkle color.

I feel like Mother's Day flowers are a pretty standard gift. Personally, I love having arrangements of fresh flowers in the house. Just seeing them makes me happy.
However, the cut-flower industry has a serious impact on the environment. And since we're our family is making strides toward a more sustainable lifestyle, I'm really into the idea of ordering flowers from this company because of their commitment to sustainable practices.
I may sign up for a monthly subscription as a treat for myself!
Who wouldn't want to sip wine out of this stemless wine cup? Especially while enjoying a home-cooked Mother's Day brunch!
We have succulents on the window ledge in our bathroom, but they're small. This would look much, much better.
What gift ideas would you add to this list?
