What's for Dinner: July 4 - July 10

What a weekend.
After celebrating our son's birthday on Friday... and then hosting our epic Movie Night and sleepover in the living room, we were pretty tired today.
Especially me.
I thought I'd have no problem falling asleep at the end of the night. But I was cold (and too lazy to get another blanket)... and I couldn't find a comfortable sleeping position. At one point, I considered abandoning the family to go sleep upstairs in my bed! 😂
Needless to say, we kept things super low-key for the Fourth of July. Rather than gather with family or friends, we stayed home and grilled some burgers for the four of us. It sounds like an ordinary way to spend the holiday, but we wouldn't have had it any other way this year.

- Sunday: Grilled Burgers with Cheddar and Caramelized Onions with Potato Salad
- Monday: Orange Challah French Toast (adapted) with Maple Syrup, Fresh Strawberries, and Oven-Baked Bacon
- Tuesday: Chicken Parmesan Pasta Skillet and Grilled Zucchini
- Wednesday: Leftovers
- Thursday: Stephen's Choice
- Friday: Sun-Dried Tomato and Arugula Pizza
- Saturday: Chicken Fingers, French Fries, and Broccoli
