I was all set to sit back and roll into the weekend with a glass of prosecco. (Because
this.) Then I looked at the clock and realized I hadn't finished writing this Tidbits post. 🤦🏽♀️
At first, I got super frustrated with myself. I stomped around the kitchen for a bit and prepared to rearrange my blogging schedule. As I sat back down on the couch, I realized that pushing this post back a week would only make a bigger mess.
So here we are.
Stuff happens. Wrenches get thrown into plans all the time. While it would be easier to accept the situation, begrudgingly, of course... it says a lot more that I'm going to dig in and get it done. 💪🏽
Without further ado, here's a new batch of Tidbits for you to read when you find the time.
Enjoy!
- If you're looking for a way to turn up breakfast, then pour some of this sparkly syrup on top of your pancakes or French toast. Kids of all ages will love it!
- This chicken salad was on this week's menu plan. To make it easy on myself, I used this method to cook a large batch of chicken ahead of time. Highly recommend!
- Do you remember when I told you about this insect repellent? Life-changing. But every now and then, we remember to put the repellent on too late and we come inside after our outdoor adventures with a bite or two. This is the stuff we turn to ease the itching.
- There's still time to save 15% when you order this beef jerky bouquet online! Read more about this quirky gift idea here.

- This is our new favorite dairy-free, 100% plant-based frozen treat. And I'm so excited that our local grocery store carries it! Though, if you can't find it in a store near you, have no fear. You can order it online.
- I'm also pretty excited that one of my favorite organic and fair trade chocolate brands now makes these chocolate-covered cookie bites. They're great as a fun topping on an ice cream sundae or as a snack straight out of the bag!
Go for the Snickerdoodle Cookie Bites. So good! See more here.
- My 6yo and I don't normally rock the matching outfits, but I couldn't help myself. I got this top for me and this top for her. As soon as it's not 1,000 degrees outside, someone remind me to get a picture of the two of us wearing our new striped tops.

PS. I know it seems as if I'm only sharing
menu plans and
Tidbits posts... I promise I'll be writing more varied content again soon. 🤞🏽
