What's for Dinner: September 19 - September 25

The past few days have flown by. Except for Saturday morning, it feels like I haven't sat down longer than a few minutes all weekend.

Time with the kids. Neglected housework. A birthday party then dinner with my parents. 

Then today, there was errand-running and more housework followed by laundry... Laundry... LAUNDRY. Our new towels arrived yesterday 🙌🏽, so the extra laundry is worth it.

I decorated a bit for fall and managed to cook two meals this afternoon 💪🏽 -- tonight's dinner and tomorrow's. It's going to feel so great climbing into bed later.

• Tuesday: Linguine with Shrimp Scampi 
  
  
• Wednesday: Leftovers
  
  
• Thursday: Rigatoni with Vodka Sauce and Steamed Peas
  
  
• Friday: Pizza with Eggplant, Grape Tomatoes, and Fresh Mozzarella
  
  
  
  

  
  
• Saturday: Salisbury Steak with Mushrooms, Buttered Egg Noodles, and Peas
  
  
  
  

  
  Update: I've decided to give myself a break in the kitchen on Saturday night, and we're going to order take-out instead. Bumping the Salisbury Steak with Mushrooms to next week/Sunday.
