What's for Dinner: January 29 - February 4

After a rough couple of weeks, I'm finally taking steps to take care of myself. 

I'm sleeping more. I'm making time for activities that help me relax. I'm setting firmer boundaries so I don't overextend myself.

While my stress level hasn't decreased all that much... I am managing that stress in healthier ways. So that's a start.

This week is going to be busy, but there's a light at the end of the tunnel. The kids and I have a long weekend coming up, and we have some family fun planned. Can't wait!
