Hello, weekend!
It's going to be a busy one. She doesn't turn eight for another month... but we're hosting a birthday party for our daughter and some of her friends. A handful of her classmates have birthdays within a few weeks of each other, so it made sense to throw one party.
This is either a brilliant idea or a colossal mistake. 😂
Before I head to bed and rest up for the festivities, here's my latest Tidbits post. If you have a spare minute this weekend, I hope you give it a read!
- Last month, I started doing jigsaw puzzles as a way to unwind. (For some reason, transforming a pile of puzzle pieces into a finished picture makes me feel more in control.) Using this table helps keep the pieces organized during the assembly process.
- I finished my first book of the year and am working on this one now.
- Most of you know that the majority of my wardrobe features clothes that are navy blue. To mix things up, I ordered this shirt and this sweater.
- I'll likely wear that sweater on Valentine's Day along with this necklace.
