What's for Dinner: June 25 - July 1
Well, we're home from vacation and have jumped right into the transition back to the usual routine.
Right now, I'm chipping away at the mountain of vacation laundry, so it seems like a good time to share our menu plan for the week!
A Week of Dinners: June 25 - July 1
- Sunday: Salad Night
I originally planned for us to eat out or pick up takeout on the way home, but my husband wasn't that hungry and requested a salad instead. So we stopped at the grocery store so I could pick up some produce for the salad.
Not what I was picturing for dinner, but probably the better option. - Monday: Strawberry, Basil, and Arugula Salad topped with Broiled Salmon
- Tuesday: French Onion Chicken Casserole with Steamed Rice
- Wednesday: Leftovers
- Thursday: Chicken Broccoli Pizza
- Friday: Dinner Out / Takeout
Today is my last day at work before starting my new job. I want to celebrate the occasion, so we'll go to dinner or order takeout! - Saturday: Watermelon Poke Bowls
