What's for Dinner: May 5 - May 11
My birthday is on Saturday and Mother's Day immediately follows... plus I have a major work event that will have me away from my family for half of the weekend.
It's certainly not the ideal arrangement given all the celebrating we'd like to do, but I'm looking forward to seeing what they've cooked up for me on Sunday! I'm especially curious to find out whether they've consulted my Mother's Day Gift Guide for gift ideas this year. 😉
For now, though, here's our menu plan for the week!
Sunday: Bean and Cheese Burritos with Rosa Mexicano Guacamole
My husband has a work event, so I'm relying on a frozen pizza to get us through Monday night.
Tuesday: Spicy Chicken Milanese with Tomato Salad and Parmesan and Angel Hair with Olive Oil and Garlic
Thursday: Barbecue Chicken Pizza
Friday: Stephen's Choice
Saturday: Stephen's Choice
