What's for Dinner: February 16 - February 22 | A week of dinners on Taste As You Go

The weather has been nasty in our area of Connecticut, and the wind is starting to make its presence known. There's a good chance we'll lost power tonight with all the ice and wind, so I'm typing frantically to get this week's menu plan out into the world before things can cut out.

Without further ado, here's our menu plan for the week!

What's for Dinner: February 16 - February 22 | Taste As You Go

Sunday: Mini Thanksgiving

Thanks to the generosity of my employer, our family received a turkey for the holidays. Then a coworker gifted us his turkey because he knew he'd never cook it. Both turkeys have been taking up precious room in our chest freezer, so I decided to roast one and make a Mini Thanksgiving dinner:

And, this time, I let our daughter take the lead in making the cranberry sauce. She did such a great job, I think I might just let her make it moving forward!

Monday: Fish Sticks with One-Pot Creamy Pasta and Greens 

Because balance.

Tuesday: Dad's Choice

Wednesday: Buffet Night

Thursday: Ravioli with Marinara Sauce

Friday: Frozen Pizza

My husband and I are both working this weekend, so I figured I'd go easy on our babysitter by grabbing a frozen pizza she can just throw in the oven.

Saturday: Dinner Out
