What's for Dinner: April 13 - April 19 | A week of dinners on Taste As You Go

Happy Sunday, everyone! 

Our kids are officially on Spring Break, so this week is going to look a little different than usual. We won't be jetting off anywhere, but I've sprinkled a few fun activities throughout the week.

If your kids are off from school, too, I hope you have a great week!

And if you're looking for dinner ideas, here's what we'll be having our house.

Sunday: Salisbury Steak with Mushrooms with Buttered Egg Noodles and Peas

Monday: PF Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps and White Rice

Ground turkey was on sale this week, so I'll be making these lettuce wraps with turkey rather than chicken. Also, since this recipe is a family-favorite, I'll double it and serve the wraps with rice to stretch the filling.

Tuesday: BLT Pasta 

Because we have some mini avocados to use up, I might dice one or two of them to serve with the pasta salad. At least to those who will eat avocado without wincing. 

Wednesday: Buffet Night

Thursday: Dad's Choice

Friday: Fig & Prosciutto Pizza

This pizza was on our menu plan about a month ago, but we wound up having something else that night. Let's see if we can make it happen this time around!

Saturday: Spaghetti with Marcella Hazan's Tomato Sauce and Basic Baked Meatballs and Garden Salad
